LEED is an internationally accepted certification and benchmark program for the design, construction and operation of green buildings.
As leaders in the environmental consulting and health and safety field, we encourage our staff to constantly build on their professional credentials. LEED AP certification gives our people the knowledge and strategies they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on the performance of our clients’ buildings, including energy savings in mechanical systems, indoor air quality and the use of sustainable materials.
For New Construction and Commercial Interior Projects:
Pinchin can support architects, design-build companies, building owners and consultants with new construction LEED certification. Pinchin can take responsibility for LEED coordination or provide technical expertise as an independent third-party consultant. In the role of sub-consultant, Pinchin has technical expertise suitable for inspection or review of building envelope, indoor air quality, building energy simulation, HVAC designs and plans.
For Existing Buildings:
Pinchin offers gap analysis on potential sites under consideration for LEED-EB certification. Pinchin also provides both coordination and third-party sub-consulting as described above as well as expertise on LEED requirements for building recommissioning, maintenance products and services.
