Andy Vanin offers Hamilton clients local expertise in Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation

Pinchin Environmental’s Hamilton office, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Vanin, P.Eng., as Manager, Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation, beginning November 1, 2010. Currently Operations Manager of the Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation group at Pinchin’s Mississauga office, Andy has over 15 years of consulting experience encompassing a wide spectrum of projects for clients in the financial, insurance, real estate and legal sectors across North America and Europe.

Andy has conducted numerous Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, managed site remediation programs, facility decommissioning and redevelopment projects, as well as hydrogeological studies. He is a graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario. 

“I graduated from McMaster and spent the first six years of my career in Hamilton, so I’m familiar with the area’s industries, as well as its current development and growth,” Andy says. “I’m excited to work with our existing clients in the region, and welcome the opportunity to develop new relationships within other local area businesses.”

Pinchin clients will gain an experienced leader who offers extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, site surveys, preparation of contracts and turnkey management of abatement projects. He also feels that this will provide a strong local presence in due diligence and remediation, allowing Pinchin to enhance those service areas and to supplement Pinchin’s current divisions for existing and new clients.
