Effective immediately, we are pleased to announce that the Hazardous Materials Group in Manitoba will be lead by Jason Combe.

As Manager, Hazardous Materials, of Pinchin Environmental’s Winnipeg office, Mr. Combe brings over a decade of experience in hazardous materials assessment, control and management to the position. As well, his unique background and skill sets give him an advantage in offering clients problem-solving strategies that combine in-depth knowledge with a hands-on, practical approach.

A member of the Pinchin Environmental team since 2005, Mr. Combe has provided extensive consulting and inspection services for a wide range of projects, from short-term abatements to large scale office complex, health care and education facility operations.

Prior to joining Pinchin, Mr. Combe worked with a contracting firm specializing in hazardous materials remediation. As a contractor working on numerous projects in the residential, industrial and commercial fields, he specialized in asbestos remediation while also handling and removing other hazardous materials including moulds, lead and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) light ballasts. 

Prior to working in the civilian sector, Mr. Combe gained invaluable experience with regards to hazardous materials and their controls during his early career as a nuclear, biological and chemical non-commissioned officer with the United States Military.
