Pinchin Environmental Ltd Opens New Office in London

Expanding to meet our clients’ needs in Southwest Ontario, Pinchin Environmental is pleased to announce the opening of our London, Ontario Office. Mike Agostinelli, P. Eng., a long-time resident of London with an in-depth knowledge of the region, has been appointed branch manager.

Mike brings significant technical and management expertise in the environmental industry in areas such as environmental assessments, waste management, remediation and sustainable engineering. Mike looks forward to building and enhancing relationships across Southwest Ontario with new and existing Pinchin clients. He has an impressive track record of successfully developing effective partnerships with multinational corporations, provincial and federal governments, architects and environmental industry leaders. Mike’s efforts will be supported and enhanced by other Pinchin offices in the region and will allow Pinchin to better serve our existing London and area clients.  

Prior to joining Pinchin, Mike led a local consulting office and oversaw a diverse range of projects for utilities, resource companies, financial and educational institutions, industry, governmental organizations and numerous other clients.

Mike has successfully:

• completed large-scale environmental due diligence and facility remediation of five automotive plants;
• managed pre-purchase facility assessments of several food processing plants for a multinational food manufacturer, including comprehensive environmental, building and mechanical reviews;
• helped clients to significantly increase revenues and cut costs through smart environmental due diligence and remediation project decisions

In the past several years, Mike has developed and managed projects using a proprietary green energy gasification technology designed to reduce soil and water contamination, offset GHGs, and create economic development opportunities for First Nations communities. This innovative position allowed Mike to make optimal use of his multi-disciplinary skills in project management, technology evaluation, government funding, facility permitting, and directing research and development.
