Vico Paloschi Appointed Vice-President Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation

Pinchin Environmental is pleased to announce that Vico Paloschi, M.Sc. has been appointed Vice-President of Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation - June 2005 

Mr. Vico Paloschi is a senior environmental consultant specializing in due diligence and environmental risk management. He has 20 years of experience involving a wide spectrum of projects for financial, legal and corporate clients across Canada, the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. 

Mr. Paloschi has provided both project management and senior technical support/review on Phase I & II Environmental Site assessments, real estate transaction audits, site remediation programs, facility decommissioning and redevelopment projects, and hydrogeological studies.

Mr. Paloschi has extensive experience in transactional due diligence activities associated with large and small portfolios and has been the project director and/or principal investigator on due diligence reviews of numerous commercial, residential, industrial and manufacturing company transactions.
