Matthew Ryan, new Ottawa Operations Manager, Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation, emphasizes Pinchin’s personalized approach to customer service.
 
Matthew Ryan, B.A., C.E.T., has recently been appointed Operations Manager, Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation, of Pinchin Environmental’s Ottawa office. Matthew, who was promoted from project manager in the same branch, has a broad background in helping both private and public sector clients to manage environmental site assessments, remediation projects, liability assessments and environmental compliance audits at a wide range of commercial, institutional, industrial and residential sites.
 
Matthew emphasizes the Ottawa office’s personalized approach to client service: “We’re different from our competitors in that we’re small enough to offer excellent personal service, but if needed, we can also deliver the resources of our province-wide and even larger national networks,” he says. “Our Ottawa team is really focused on client feedback, and making sure we follow-up on every aspect of the project.”
 
With a BA in geography and a diploma in Environmental Sciences, Matthew is also registered as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and is currently pursuing certification as a Canadian Certified Environmental Practitioner (CCEP).
