Real Estate Due Diligence & Remediation

Real Estate Due Diligence is a critical part of managing risk during property transactions. Purchasers and property managers need to know about potential contamination onsite, and often a Phase I or Phase II Environmental Site Assessment will be required by a lender or financial institution.

Pinchin’s Real Estate Due Diligence team has qualified staff who can respond to client’s needs quickly and efficiently. From individual sites to portfolios, we have the experience and resources to respond – even on the tightest timelines.
